Midas Kapahulu

I went to Midas Kapahulu to have a tire repaired after finding a nail in it. I had previously gone to another shop, where I was told the tire was unrepairable and that I would need to purchase a new one. Wanting a second opinion, I stopped by Midas, and I’m so glad I did. The technician, Darren, took the time to thoroughly inspect the tire before making a recommendation. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to safely repair the tire, saving me from having to buy a new one and saving me a significant amount of money. Darren and the manager on duty were both incredibly kind, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. I visited on a Monday morning around 8:30 a.m., and the shop wasn’t very busy. They appear to accept both walk-ins and appointments, which was very convenient. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism. If I have any car issues in the future, I’ll definitely be returning to Midas Kapahulu. Highly recommend!

Im a professional driver, I need honest and reliable service center for repeat services. These guys have been nothing but great. They never try to upsell me anything, and anything they recommend is beyond reasonable each and every time. They do a good job servicing my vehicle every time. They always protect my car so it doesn’t get dirty. I highly recommend this Midas center to everyone around.

Had a good experience getting my oil changed. Was able to make an appointment online and just waited for about an hour and a half. Everyone was friendly, discussed things that may need replacing on my vehicle (windshield wipers etc.) and were not pushy at all when it came to replacing / repairing things on my car. As a woman I appreciated the fact they weren’t trying to push extra services to be done that day. Would recommend!

I brought my car in for an alignment adjustment. They said my coilover was off by one rotation and couldn’t do the alignment service. And before coming to the shop, my windshield was fine. But when returning to get my car, they caused a cracked on my windshield. So not only I didn’t get the alignment adjustment, had a broken windshield, but also had to pay for a windshield replacement with my own money. They didn’t want to take responsibility for the accident. Never coming back again.

Took my car in for a brake inspection. Staff is professional and courteous. They explained I still had over 50% brake pads remaining and overall in good shape after making sure with a test ride too. I will definitely take my car there when it comes time to do a complete brake job. I trust these guys to take care of me and my family!
